We first visited Springbrook in late 2016 with our kids.  We had no intentions of purchasing the estate, much less making it our home!  The beauty of this place was evident, and our kids recognized it as a good fit for the kinds of things we love to do.  We purchased Springbrook in January 2017, and in August of that year, we moved from our farm and made Springbrook our home.  Our adventure began!

Bill set to work giving much-needed attention to the property while dreaming up so much more.  He drew up plans to coax new life out of the 1920s Barn that once housed prize Holsteins and hay…but had been empty for years.  Bill and his crew worked tirelessly to bring about what he and Joan envisioned.  Joan was captivated not only by the natural beauty of Springbrook but by the history as well.  She explored the beginnings and stories of previous owners; and recorded this for guests to discover too.  Joan’s eye for design and décor has unfolded in the Springbrook Whitehouse, Cottage, and Barn to create the perfect mix of rustic charm and vintage elegance, unique and inviting for guests.
